Gave wrong email .com instead of .co.uk Hi Please can you forward this email to the correct person. I joined limewire 17/6/8 but gave the incorrect email address ie hotmail.com instead of hotmail.co.uk - therefore cannot activate/access my account. I have had no response from the support team. Please can you check that messages are being received via the website?! I have also tried to use the contact WEBMASTER & contact FEEDBACK forms on the site but they report an ERROR in sending. :bangh: Can anyone help? |
I emailed support via my Pro support and referred them to this thread. Also, did you try entering the wrong email you used in Lime Wire » LimeWire PRO Support Center Cheers Oh--did the money go through your account yet? If so, have the transaction number handy. |

UPDATE: Stief... I tried the link you gave with both variations of the email address and each got this response: ************@ hotmail.co.uk is not a valid LimeWire PRO email. Try again with a different email address ??perhaps this is because the account hasnt been verified?? I will doubloe check now to see if payment has been taken. Urgh! |
