Cant install; Says "Error opening file for writing" ?

Cant install; Says "Error opening file for writing" ?

Help! I get into the download and less than 3 seconds into the setup I get a message that reads:

Error opening file for writing:

C:\PROGRAM FILES\LIMEWIRE\COPYING

Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again,
Or Ignore to skip this file.
