![]() I paid for pro (over 6 mos. ago) still have the urls for downloading the version at that time. Long story short - I had to do sys restore. I intentionally copied all of my files, executables, etc...but when I try to install LW it only installs basic. Any ideas? Do I qualify for the "upgrade" rate vs NEW CUSTOMER rate?? Carrie |

![]() thanks for info - I Don't have pro installer for ANY version - lost them all in the restore and backups didn't work. I can't email them because they didn't keep record of my pro account email address (only 6mos as you stated) so I can't get discounted upgrade fee. I'd gladly even pay the upgrade fee...I just don't feel I should have to pay the full purchase price for the upgrade. |

![]() Hmm...Well Life isn't exactly fair and especially Anything on the Net. Because you feel the way you do doesn't mean that you will get a fair shake, or even a discount. I don't use LW any longer for several reasons, some of which you are experiancing as we speak. I would recommend trying Phex if you want to continue to use a Gnutella Client. See Phex in my Sig. Other than that, If You still insist on a Pro Version of LW then You will Have to Re-purchase. It's all about the Almighty Dollar for the LW Boys. ![]() |

Also, LW support send one or two emails to your email account over that period to inform you your pro support is nearing an end. ![]() |
