lost all my songs

Hi All

I have had lime wire for some time on a wanadoo conection I have changed ISP to neuf box (FRENCH)
after the change I refreshed my library and I have lost all my songs I have them on another player so I know they are still on the computer but they are not on the library in limewire, and I cannot conect limewire to the internet either everything else is ok any Ideas I not a computer buff so plain and simple please
