Change default location of playlists on "Open an existing playlist"

Change default location of playlists on "Open an existing playlist"

I have created playlists in a folder "Music Playlists". When I click on "Open an existing playlist, the default is C:\Program Files\Limewire... Where can I change the default to C:Music Playlists?
