Can't Download Pro Software

Hi i wounder if you guys could help me please?

I have just paid for limewire pro and have been directed to the download link, however when i try to download the software it opens the download box and the in a second it just shuts and the download stops.

I am running windows XP on a dsl line, please can you advise.

Frustrating that i just paid for a product that i can't download.
