Are your Pro benefits still current (eg if you bought 6 months worth of Pro it needs to be less than 6 months since you purchased)? If your benefits are still current then you can download a new Pro installer from your personal download link... the link in the email that LW sent you after you bought Pro

If your Pro benefits have expired - do you still have any Pro installers saved? If you have a Pro installer saved, copy it to a flash drive or CD & then you can save that installer to your new laptop & install Pro there

If your benefits have expired & you don't have any Pro installers saved then you're out of luck

This is very important to the user, why would you not spell this out in the purchasing agreement in large bold text? "download your installation file and save a copy for future use" this is hardly fair to this person would you not agree?

I don't know why LW don't spell it out more clearly for users. And yes, I do think that it would be a good idea if LW made it very plain that old Pro installers are not available for download.
Nevertheless, backing up of files (including installers) is good common sense.

The helpers here (eg me) don't work for LW, so it's no use getting annoyed with us
