LW 5.1 Canceled downloads

Is there a way to resume a canceled download in LW 5.x?
I don't see any files that were canceled in the incomplete folder like I did when I had LW 4 or an option to save the canceled files until I manually delete them from LW.

In LW 5, cancelling downloads also deletes the incomplete file. So it works quite differently.
