Help!!!! Grey Screen when using LimeWire!

Hi every1 i am new to this fourum i thought i knew a lot about this softwre but i am hving a problem i cant solve no matter what i do. please help me.

Ok the problem is when i leave lime wire to run after 30min to 1 hour or more the screen which you see all the features and downloads dissapears well..... the whole lime wire screen disappear and you just see the hole thing as gray and the windows minmize maxmize and close tabs i been having this problem since i have got lime wire on my computer, so what i did was reinstall my xp but that did not work so i thought it was my memory so i put more memory in my computer but that did not work i dont relly know because all the other program runs except lime wire before i was using kazaa but had no such problem but i hate kazaa because it has a lot of ad-wire and spywire.

i wish i can copy the screen for you guys to see but it has not happend yet while i was typing this.

It may be a java problem. Or it may be your video card. What video card do you have?

i got the new version of java and all my other program works except lime wire and my video card is new but i dont know what one its is,

Have a look at these threads. They deal with balnk/grey screen problems... not exactly the same as you're having (lots of them are problems when loading LW) but you might find some info to help anyway

There is some list or whatever that tells you what hardware you have and if it's working. Go under the video category and it will say what video card you have. If you find the list tell us what video card you have.
