Install problem - Vista

I have loaded every version of Limewire flawlessly, until now. This msg displayed after install:

"Limewire was unable to set up a port to listen for incoming connections. Some features of Limewire may not work as expected."

Can someone please advise the fix.

why do I keep getting the message as I am trying to install
"could not open input file for splittet files
