no audio playback using LW 5.4.6 (Video with LW player, or WMP)
 

Hi all, just upgraded from the free basic to Limewire Pro...had no probs. with the basic but now have a couple:

1-when I double click ( or right click & select play) my audio or video files, whether new or old downloads, nothing happens tho WMP is my default player for all files.

2-If I select the Limewire media player as default the audio files play ok but the video files have no sound...any info please, Pete.

Have you tried playing the same files with VLC - (click on link).

* Files need to be shared for you to play them with LW 5. This would apply for WMP, not sure about LW's media player.

I can't speak for LW 5.4.6's video abilities since I haven't tried using that option yet. Looks like LW's video player abilities 'might' have some limitations.
