Configure Question: Can't find the Downloads

hello everyone, i am a newbie to this place and need a question answered and maybe some help figuring it out, i configured all my dl and need to know if i they are lost for ever or is there a way to locate them, if there is can some one PLEASE !! help me, i had over 250 songs and i need some of them for dl im doing for a friends MP3 for his birthday , he dont know im doing it , Thanks from Tx, hotrodmama003

Click on the My Files icon top left of screen. Then click on the Library icon. You should see your completed downloads in that window. Right-click one of them & choose Locate on Disk. That will take you directly to the file itself & the folder it's within. The file will be selected for ease to see.

i dont have a "my Files" in this version of Lime Wire, i am in version 4.18.8 it has Shared Files,invidually shared files(but these are none of the ones i am looking for),saved files.ect.......... , am i looking in the right place ?

if you are using windoze of some flavor then do this:

start>search>pictures music or video>input a file name you know you should have...

the result will give you the location of the file and that is probably where the other files are
