Limewire ERROR "sorry you cant download files to this location"

I recently downloaded the new free version of limewire (after using it for years) now i get this error message and cant download anything. i read a "google" answer that says " right click icon and open limewire as an administrator" i tried that and it gives me a second error message saying "limewire cannot creat a temporay folder ect..." PLEASE HELP...
