Question don't want LW to start up everytime i turn on computer

Everytime i boot up my computer LW starts automatically.... this is slowing my computer way down and i want to know how to bypass this so that when i want to use / run LW then i can manually start it up. I will need instructions for dummies as i am not very fluent in computer.

Go to LW's menu bar, Tools > Options > Advanced > System startup & disable option. It's the last option on Advanced options.

For manual start up of LW, well this way it will only connect when you open the program. However is you wish to connect manually via File menu, then Tools > Options > Advanced > Connections.

you might also want to go to tools>options>sharing and see just what items you are sharing...it sounds like you allowed LW to do what it wanted when you installed it....
