socket error?

Does anyone else keep getting a socket error? This is what i get:

Killing socket error, type = 2
Element not found
35601

It is so damn annoying because it keeps popping up every 30 seconds,,,,thogh it doesnt crash the program, i have to click it like 20 times for it to clear.
