Excuse my ignorance but...

why do so many files have numbers at the start of their title eg:
515Sleepy Hollow 1-2?

For me it´s the sign that this file isn´t complete. Better ignore them.
A different case is something like : 05 - Wondergirl.mp3
This clearly means, it´s the 5th track on that particular CD

There maybe other explanations but I´m doing fine with these rules.
