Gnotella (Windows) Gnotella has been discontinued. We highly recommend you use an actively developed client instead.

Default Another - Weird bug

Hi,

How do I explain this one. When it connects "Host screen",
it will try to connect to 8 servers (depending on the amount that was choosen. Sometimes it only connects o 4 servers , because 3 -4 failed. The problem is that I want 8 servers looking for clients. The only way to get it to look for 8 servers is to disconnect and reconnect. Gnotella only detects that it doesn't have enough servers when 1 of the 4 remaining disconnects.
(Incoming was turned off, I thought it was related to that)

Would it be possible to drop a server and have it look for a new one. In the version it will not automatically look for another server.

I noticed this several times. Now I have it look for 12 servers. I know I'll end up with 7 servers.

Curious , how come it doesn't show over 5000 servers. It hovers over 4989 - 5000.

Secondly, I shut down the program and my FireWall ZoneAlarm still shows one client connected. The only way to close Gnotella is to Do Ctrl-Del and select the program to close.

Great work,

Chris /
