![]() Hi Thanx for the suggestion - I dl'd the new version, but another phenomenon with my tcp/ip: My download speeds will go from 2.4 bps to 0.0 bps for a second, then back to 2.4 bps then back to 0.0 bps then back to 2.4 bps. Its like a see-saw. Anyone know why it does this with all my downloads from different servers? thanx ~MuThO~ |

![]() That bugs me, too. I wish the software would just average the transfer rate over 10-15 second intervals instead of giving "instant readouts" every second that aren't as helpful. This is probably a bigger issue for modem users who experience greater variations in transfer speeds than cable/T1 users. --Nut |
