Resuming when the file cannot be found

I have noticed an issue when resuming and the error is HTTP 404, if you click
resume again it increases the file size by 58 bytes, and corrupts everything....
(especially long asf downloads that have taken 20 hours so far http://www.gnutellanews.com/forums/frown.gif )
