Do I have to Uninstall my old version in order to install the New Version?

I just want to know that do i need to uninstall my older version of Gnotella in order to install a newer one?

No, you won't have to uninstall. But you will have to do it if you want to come back to previous versions from betas 1.1.0 or 1.2.0.
