Run Time error ''13'

I already used gnotella program, but when i try and enter the program again it reads Run Time Error ''13'.I also downloaded vbrum60 and it still doesnt Work .What the F... else can i do??

I have the exact same problem, except I started with 0.70, then tried to upgrade to 0.73 and the problemed remained. I tried to uninstall everything as well but to no avail...help http://forums.gnutellanews.com/frown.gif

I'm also having the runtime 13 problem. Have installed latest Runtime files but no luck.
