Gnotella (Windows) Gnotella has been discontinued. We highly recommend you use an actively developed client instead. |

![]() Gnotella intermittently locks up even if I am only connected to 4-5 hosts. There is not another program that is affected when this happens. It usually recovers itself but it gets a little annoying when I am in the middle of several LARGE downloads. I am also having a problem with my searches taking a long long long time. The only way I have been able to get any worthwhile results has been to increase my TTL and connect to 25-35 hosts but I think that problem might be from napster. My box is a pII333 w/128mb 44gigs. Not a rocking machine but it should be just fine for this kind of stuff. Another note the scanning of files when I launch is irritating when you have gigs of “files”. It would be nice if it was an option ![]() |
