Post I can't get any incoming servers

I am on a cable modem, and the computer I am using is the server for Windows 98 SE Internet Connection Sharing. It shouldn't be a problem. It sometimes says that the port I have selected is invalid on startup, and all I get is outgoing servers. Help?!

Thanks
