newbie @ gnotella

I just downloaded Gnotella, but I cannot seem to get it to work right. I can download one file, but when I try to download a second file, it says "error-server was full, please try again later". If i shut the program off and turn it back on, i can download one file again, and then it gives me the same message, is this something i am doing wrong?
