does this version or v.9.9 have spyware in it?

This version (0.9.9) and any previous version of Gnotella do NOT contain any kind of Spyware. Believe me, the offers have been there, but we have said no everytime. You are more than welcome to scan its installation with any Spyware catching program, you will find it does not.
