WSPWSP.dll error in all gnotellila family client for WinME

Help !!!

I got WSPWSP.dll error while running any client of Gnotella family in my WinME. The installation sound no problem at all.

I try uninstall, reboot and reinstall. It happens the same.....

Anyone can help ?
