Why can't I get the whole file??

OK, who can tell me why I get only partial downloads. Usually around 20-30% and that's it! My file progress bar stops completely and the time left had gotten as high as 10 hrs left. WHAT'S GOING ON???

I have the same exact issue. Any file ove about 20 Mb just fails and my mouse disappears when the 0.9.9 version starts.
