Keeps Re-Downloading Song before Complete
 

So I'm happily downloading these songs... and right when they get to 99.9% done, it stops downloading, sends a push request and then starts downloading from the beginning so it clears whatever it already downloaded and poof all gone!

I find myself waiting until it gets to 99.9 then aborting just so I could get most of the song.

Is there something wrong with my configuration?
