I can get gnucleus to connect but none of the hosts coming up seem to have a lot of files and nothing i search for returns results. I'm on a college network and am not sure if they are blocking any port numbers, but if anyone has any suggestions, i would appreciate it.

You have to ask if they are blocking ports, otherwise its hard to help!
