please help me soon. i cant even download gnucleus yet!!!!

I don't think that's the installer, is it? That's just the main executable.

For the original questioner...... Are you saying that you cannot download the program, or that you can download it but are unable to install it?

Remember select to SAVE the file when you download it.....
Do not select to OPEN the file when you download it.
After you have downloaded the file, go to the folder where it is saved and double-click on the Gnucleus Install file.
If you try to download and Open/install in one go you may have problems.
Make sure you have Quit all other applications when you do the installation.
