Default Window bar resize bug...

Hi,

I'm getting a minor problem with the new window bar.

If I make Gnucleus full screen and then restore it to normal size, the window bar length won't adjust correctly. It should be the full width of the parent window, but instead is only as long as the last item on the bar. Opening new windows will cause little scroll arrows to appear even though there's still plenty of room. I have to restart to get the correct length back.
