Where is the STOP button when searching???

Would someone please tell me how to get Gnucleus to stop searching?
It uses up unnecessary bandwidth when searching continues, after one has already found a good result, or when the results are too many anyway.

WHERE IS THE STOP BUTTON?

I don't want to close the search window to stop it, or I loose all search results.

well as it is not sending out any request (only one request made when you press the search button) it is not wasting any bandwidth. The search results are just pouring in thru the network...

This is true! A search doesn't actually do anything after sending the first request except wait for results.

Pressing stop in other clients just stops listing any new results that come it - this can't actually stop them from coming in. Still, sometimes an upper cap on results can be helpful - just so the list box doesn't get so big it eats up all your system resources.
