1.9.9.5 missing DPCore.dll

Gnucleus on my WinNT4 system recently evolved to 1.9.9.5, but now it complains that it can't start because DPCore.dll is missing. Anybody else seen this or have a fix?

Hi,

What did you ever find out about dpcore.dll? I have a program that suddenly needs it to run, but I can't figure out what it is or where to get it, or why it needs it now.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
