ccccan't get Limwire to load and can't unload either HELP!!!!!

I tried to download Limewire and when the installshield came up it told me to install java 2 well I did and then it gave me an access denied message. So I tried to delete the file. it told me access denied. Help me please fix this problem. I have even tried to reinstall it into the same place and to no help there. still telling me that I can't uninstall or run program.
