Default I'm back,... and gnucleus is still not working:(

It was like a year ago that I tried to run it and at one point I was able to connect and download some stuff but shortly the connect dissappeared. I downloaded it again and still doesnt work What is up with this! I don't think I downloaded the right version but when I went to run it,... it tried to evolve but no luck. I have a feeling that once I get the latest version that it still wont work. I read that something with XP SP2 has something to do with it. That it limits connections or something to that nature. I have XP SP2 and the only firewall I have is XP's. I am behind a router but I am specified as the DMZ host. The firewall makes exceptions for the gnucleus. From what I read none of this matter because it's XP's fault. Anyone know whats up? Limewire has always worked for me. I dont want to end up with limewire.

Gnucleus development seems to have stopped. Swabby removed the two support forums over gnucleus.com and no updated have been made in the code since july 13th. The website is linking to Gnucleus 1.0.2.6 and GnuCDNA 0.9.4 which are way outdated (more than 3 years ago) Maybe I'll have to email Swabby...

My advice is you switching to another P2P.

Ciao
