Ho do I manage topless gtk-gnutella from Windows OS?

I have compiled and installed gtk-gnutella-1.1.11 on an Ubuntu server. Now it is running in daemon mode and listening on ports 62453 (tcp/udp) and 48175 udp. But how do I connect to it from Windows operating system? Do I need to install something?
