Hello,

which algorithm do you using for compress Datasreams at gnutellanetwork ?

Is that zlib based from Jean-loup Gailly ?

Where can i find more documentiaon about this on ?

Yes, I think it uses zlib.

You can find documentation about it on www.zlib.org.

The negotation of the compression at handshake time is described in the Gnutella RFC (http://rfc-gnutella.sf.net/).
