![]() Hi, I'm running the command-line gnut on my linux machine. The installation was perfect, however, it is unable to find any web host caches. Even when I manually enter some server address, update and type "info h", it still says that the number of hosts is 0. Can anybody help? Much appreciated, enchance |

![]() yeah, gnut doesn't even support gnutella/0.6 connections... If you must use a command-line client, use mutella.sf.net but this client doesn't have the best reputation and it is not very uptodate either. gtk-gnutella.sf.net is probably really the best choice if you are looking for something that requires less than 80MBs RAM of you. - Myself, I'm using LimeWire (cvs -d :pserver:guest@cvs.limewire.org/cvs co limewire) Last edited by trap_jaw4; July 31st, 2003 at 04:48 AM. |
