![]() Hello all! I am enjoying Limewire with this new computer. I have a hard drive with 1/2 xp and 1/2 xandros and am new to linux. I surf on xandros, but want to save my downloads to a file on the c drive on xp, but I keep getting the response that I do not have permission. Like I mentioned, I am brand new to this xandros product, everything about linux is new to me. This may be the easiest newbie linux question in the world concerning permissions, but I haven't been there yet. Please be gentle and explain as if you are talking to an 8 year old (I'm a little bit older than that, but that is where my linux knowledge is) TIA, rsman |
