error getting last few chunks (always at 99.85%)

Hi, im using 0.94 gtk-gnutella client and I just realized that for ALL my downloads it always take days to get last few chunks of a file. This is usually the last 1 or 2 megas of a file. Sometimes the indicator jumps to 100% then drops to 99.85% and it does this like 100 times before finishing the file.
I use gnutella at home. Its a 256Kbps cable modem connection.
