I've been using Phex for a long time and I have P3 on my other computers I installed it on another I have and after having a bit of trouble installing java . I installed P3 now it wont start.

Most of the time its a system, driver or installation issue. You could try to reinstall Java, make sure it has all necessary permissions and such.

Usually you also get a error report file generated, the file name is shown inside the dumped error text, something like:
An error report file with more information is saved as hs_err_pid4880.log

Can you send me or post the error log here?

It might give a hint where the trouble is coming from.

I would recommend you to completely remove all Java installations on this system and install the latest Java 5.0 Update 11. There seem to be something very basic wrong on this installation or system.
