Phex 3 Crashes after Splash

I've been using Phex for a long time and I have P3 on my other computers I installed it on another I have and after having a bit of trouble installing java . I installed P3 now it wont start.

here is the heading in the error report

I can post more of it if this will help otherwise any ideas.
