Can't upload

Sorry if this is a really dumb question, I'm new to file sharing, I've got Phex working, I can download but I don't get any uploads. I have added folders to share but I only seem to get 'out' connections, I've spent some time searching the forums but can't figure it out.

What am I doing wrong?

My connection is DSL, wireless router, XP SP2 operating system, zonealarm firewall.
