Problem with Incomletes I was using Phex 3.0.2.100 and I was browsing incomplete files in the Meta folder to see if they were the quality I wanted, somehow, phex lost the download list. Is there a way to re-aquire the downloads that are partial? I am running windows xp with service pack 2. |
The only way I know works, when you didn't restart Phex afterwards. Look into your Phex-Folder (".phex" - wherever configs are located on windows) and first duplicate it (it's always good to have a backup - best add the current date to the name, i.e ".phex-2007-05-10"). Then go into the folder (.phex) and rename "phexdownload.xml" to "phexdownload.xml-2007-05-10" After that rename "phexdownload.xml.bak" to "phexdownload.xml". Then restart Phex. I can't assure, that it works, but it could give you back your downloads. |
how do i get my incomplete files to start downloading again when I restart phex |
They usually do it by themselves. |
And if they don't just select them and hit the "search" button below the list - or start a manual search for a part of the file name. Whenever Phex gets a search result for a file you already download on any kind of search, it automatically adds the found sources to the download. |
