my hard drive recently crashed. i cannot recover the program from the old hard drive; how do i recover the program without being charged?

I hope you did not pay for Phex, because the program is FREE. Phex

And if you payed, would you post the address of the site which charged you.

We'd like to check, if they did stick to the free license of Phex which says (among other things): "You have to give out the source-code".

Should they have not done so, we can get them for license violation.
