psw viewer error

Hi All,

When i try to open psr viwer, i am getting following error message.

The application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found

Please help me.

Are you sure you want to start that file?

File Extension List (P's) - including rar, wps and file extensions for data, audio and more
PSR Report file (PowerSoft)

Do you trust its contents?

Aside from that you have to reinstall powersoft (whatever that is).
