I Need Help!!!!!!!! Put a password on the software ? I know how to use limewire...I just wanted to know whether you can put a password on the software so my brother can't use it because I have a shared computer. I would appreciate some repliez! Fanx. :rolleyes_2: |

nah dats even worse n confusing! The phez software still does not let me put a password on! I want to stick to limewire but want a password put on it so when it runs it should request that password! |
THis is the Phex forum section. If you wish to ask questions about LimeWire, it's best you find the appropriate section. :) AFAIK there is no password capability. |

If you want to be able to set passwords, just check if you can get some software to lock down your computer. There are some child-safety / parent ... tools you can use for that purpose. Else, just replace Windows with a GNU/Linux and install Phex locally (though I know that this solution doesn't sound as easy.
