Talking I Need Help!!!!!!!! Put a password on the software ?

I know how to use limewire...I just wanted to know whether you can put a password on the software so my brother can't use it because I have a shared computer.

I would appreciate some repliez!

nah dats even worse n confusing!

The phez software still does not let me put a password on!

I want to stick to limewire but want a password put on it so when it runs it should request that password!

THis is the Phex forum section. If you wish to ask questions about LimeWire, it's best you find the appropriate section. AFAIK there is no password capability.

If you want to be able to set passwords, just check if you can get some software to lock down your computer. There are some child-safety / parent ... tools you can use for that purpose.

Else, just replace Windows with a GNU/Linux and install Phex locally (though I know that this solution doesn't sound as easy. It's often cheaper and more secure, though ). -> Kubuntu - The KDE Desktop , http://www.knoppix.com/
