Check the first three red Stickies at top of this section Host Connections
Admittedly the connection files might be somewhat out of date by now.

Both the host file & connection installer have been updated. Certainly enough non-BearShare hosts. Best I can do. 19 ultrapeer hosts from late July. Chances are a few at least will have changed ip. Some were excluded due to their frequency of dynamic ip changes. But the very small number of BearShare ultrapeers, the dynamic ip issue & the natural coming & retiring of hosts from the network were reasons I had not updated the file since Jan 2016. The host file has a tendency to go out of date within a few months in regards to BearShare ultrapeers. One or two often stick around for a few years with the same ip address.
BearShare only needs to connect to one other BearShare ultrapeer & it should eventually find any other BearShare online (as long as the ultrapeer is non-firewalled.)

Find a download link here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/host-c...installer.html

I really need to update the hostiles also. It's so out of date. But converting from CIDR format is not fun.
