Cant Get Stable Connection

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY I KEEP GETTING WAITING FOR STABLE CONNECTION = THINGS WHERE FINE BUT NOW I CANT GET ANYTHING THRU LW BECAUSE OF WAITING FOR STABLE CONNECTION - I HAVE DIABLED FIREWALL AND NORTON BUT
LW STILL THINKS I HAVE ONE AND I CANT GET A GOOD CONNECT ?? PLS HELP THANKS

I have been getting the same thing but shutting down LW (not the whole puter) and restarting fixes it (for me) its a hassle but it could be worse

Mine is doing the same thing..can't find out how to work this forum stuff to get an answer...please let me know if you get one
